Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for tracked delivery back to our facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
